Ways to Make your Association Assessment Payment
Paying by Check or Money Order
Always make your check or money order payable to your Association. You should include your account number in the memo section and your coupon or statement tear-off with your payment. Payments made out incorrectly will be returned for correction which will delay the payment and may incur late fees and interest charges.
Payments should be mailed to:
Concord Consulting & Association Management, Inc
Bank Remittance Processing
P.O. Box 60035, Los Angeles, CA 90060-0035
Walk in payments will still be accepted at the Concord Consulting offices at 888 W. Ventura Blvd #C, Camarillo, CA 93010. We cannot accept cash at any time.
If you are paying your monthly assessment by automatic payment through your bank, be sure to check the mailing address and confirm you are sending the correct monthly assessments based on the most recent budget.
Payments are due on the 1st and should be mailed accordingly to reach the payment remittance processing center in a timely manner. Postmark dates are not used as the date of receipt.
Auto Debit
If you are interested in having your account set up on auto debit to allow funds to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account, please contact Concord Consulting for the ACH form or download here.
*** Please note Auto Debit can only be set up if your account is current.
