Full Management
Our full Management Service Agreement includes Site Visits, Agenda Preparation, and Meeting attendance in addition to assisting the Board in conducting efficient and productive meetings. You will receive an agenda several days prior to the meeting allowing you the opportunity to read, review and make your decisions in advance. Meetings go more smoothly when you are prepared.
Concord works with you to develop a budget for your community. Long range planning a goal of yours? We have the tools to assist your Board in developing one and a strategy that will work for your community
Financial Management
Concord Provides Financial Only services. On a monthly basis we will pay your bills, send out your assessment billings and provide the Board Members and/or committee members with a financial statement by the 15th day of the following month. We will also assist you with next year’s budget as well as coordinate and run your annual meeting. When required, Concord can provide you with a list of quality vendors as well.
As part of the Concord team you’ll have access to our consulting services and if you need extra assistance for a short period of time, we can modify your existing contract.
Our programs for small associations can be modified to provide simple bill payment assessment collection and quarterly financial statements. Is the escrow process a nightmare for you?
